If for some reason the garment did not suit you, you can exchange it or return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, but only if the item was not in use, it has retained its marketable conditions and all accompanying elements. Otherwise, it is not subject to exchange / return.
Just contact us by writing a letter to support@misscandy.ua. We will let you know how to exchange / return your order as quickly as possible.
We note all exchange / return wishes and details. After we send you an SMS message with all needed details for sending by courier (shipping costs are paid by the sender) of the goods you want to exchange / return.
Exchanges. After receiving a return from you, we will send you a new product by courier services. Shipping costs are paid by the recipient.
Returns. After receiving a return from you, within 5 working days we make transfer to provided bank account.
